Roles & Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultancies, and other hiring channels
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on business requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Manage candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely offer rollout and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports
- Build strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and closures
- Support bulk hiring and drive planning activities whenever required
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Freshers or candidates with experience in recruitment / talent acquisition can apply
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Good understanding of sourcing and screening techniques
- Experience working on job portals like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
