We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, understanding manpower requirements, and driving efficient hiring strategies to support business growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
- Partner with business and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports (hiring status, TAT, pipeline tracking)
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if required)
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in hiring for startups or fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and Boolean search
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Experience using ATS tools (preferred)
