We are looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our People & Culture Team!
The Talent Development Manager is responsible for creating and facilitating our training & development programs for our employees in Asia in partnership with our North America Talent Development team. In this role, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build and manage learning programs that can support our employees as we scale and grow.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Oversee the onboarding program for new hires in APAC, including facilitation and identifying program efficiencies, ensuring consistency with our other locations.
- Partner with business leaders to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that address business needs, including leadership development, managerial skills improvement, and soft skills for junior talent.
- Act as APAC lead for virtual internal training programs including our early career development program for analysts, our organizational impact program for associates, our leadership training series, and more.
- Serve as APAC lead for in-person internal training programs including our ½ day culture workshops held at our Jaipur & Bangalore offices twice a year, our 2-3 day Manager & Director training programs, and more; responsibilities include facilitation (live in-office and virtual), updating content as needed, and administration.
- Partner with members of each practice to identify and solve for enablement gaps – including but not limited to role-specific training and skills-based training for both junior & experienced employees.
- Support and develop junior talent on the learning & HR teams.
- Work closely with our North American Talent Development team to develop and create systems to track key learning KPIs and metrics, maintain our library of instructor-led courses and eLearning content, create training guides, job aids, course descriptions and survey questions, and more.
- Work in a hybrid role with typically 2-3 days in one of our India office locations (Bangalore or Jaipur) and potentially travel quarterly. (In-office days are driven by our in-person training schedule and are otherwise flexible)
Skill & Experience:
- 11-13 years' experience in L&D or organizational development (professional services environment ideal)
- Experienced in instructional design and strong facilitator
- 2+ years people management experience
- Industry or coaching certifications is preferred (e.g. APTD, CPDT, CPC)
- Experience using Docebo LMS or Open Sesame content is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
