Khoros is now seeking a Talent Experience Partner to research and resolve employee requests for diverse human resources programs and will act as a functional system administrator of the Human Capital Management System (Rippling). This role will use problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset to find opportunities to solve problems, drive process efficiency, and elevate the employee experience.

 

Some Responsibilities Include:
●Provide initial support to requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution
●Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
●Provides transactional and administrative support for HR processes such as onboarding, transfers, job separations, audits, and analysis of employee data, as needed
●Providing support for HR Business partners and Business Leaders including but not limited to the Reporting, Data correction, System Security, and Troubleshooting of the existing services in Workday.
●Monitoring and resolving Help Desk requests related to Rippling HRIS. analyze and resolve issues with clear communications in the agreed SLA timeframe
●Managing Data Quality - Ensure that data is up to date, drive the processes, and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate in the HCM system
●Responsible for creating, and maintaining User-based security role assignments, and custom security roles and providing support to any security-related issues in the HCM.
●Audit and maintain the HCM security structure to ensure technical standards, data privacy standards, and industry best practices are followed.
●Partner closely with the global HR team to support HR operations strategy at the company level
●Build cross-functional working relationships with partner functions, such as IT, Legal, and Payroll/Finance across regions to provide seamless operational support
●Includes research and administrative support across broad HR topic

●Recommends corrective actions in payroll, benefits, and other HR programs
●Administers new hires, changes, and separations in the organization
●Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a very high level of accuracy and discretion

 

Minimum Requirements:
●Around 3-5 Years of professional experience with exposure working in a Shared Services setup
●3-5 years of experience as an end user of the Rippling HCM system would be preferable
●Demonstrated ability and integrity when working with confidential data
●Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, and coordination skills
●Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
●Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
