About the Role:
As a Talent Management Specialist, you will lead initiatives to strategize talent development, streamline performance processes, design comprehensive job and career frameworks, and boost employee engagement. You will work closely with leadership and People teams to align these initiatives with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

What Will You Do:
- Talent Strategy Development
- Support in design and execution of talent strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Identify and develop programs to nurture high-potential employees and ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
- Performance Management Revamp
- Assess and overhaul existing performance management processes to create a more effective, continuous feedback system.
- Implement training for managers and employees to adopt new performance practices.
- Job and Career Architecture Design
- Develop clear job architectures, including role definitions and competency models, to establish transparent career paths.
- Design and execute career frameworks, internal mobility initiatives, and leadership acceleration programs to enable long-term employee growth.
- Employee Engagement Enhancement
- Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, informed by regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze engagement data to develop action plans addressing areas for improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on talent metrics to senior leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience & Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in global Talent Management programs or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or product company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to develop and implement global talent strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Experience in revamping performance management systems and designing job architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
