We are seeking a passionate Talent partner to spearhead the growth and expansion of our Customer Support, Finance,  IT, Infosec & Corp Functions. What you’ll do

  • Build teams: Take the lead in scaling Customer Support, Finance, IT, Infosec & Corp Functions in India, contributing to Rubrik’s global success.
  • Be a Talent Magnet: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier tech talent, especially passive candidates, across all levels—including leadership.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored hiring strategies.
  • Elevate Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for Rubrik, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and culture.
  • Drive DEI Initiatives: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of recruitment to build a balanced and representative workforce.
  • Shape Recruitment Practices: Continuously evolve recruitment processes and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives.

Experience you’ll need

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Tech/Engineering Recruiter, with a deep understanding of India’s competitive tech hiring landscape.
  • Leadership Hiring: A strong track record of identifying and recruiting for senior and leadership roles in the tech industry.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Skilled in using non-traditional sourcing techniques to engage passive talent through creative and diverse channels.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Adept at leveraging analytics and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • Technology-Savvy: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse and cutting-edge recruitment tools to streamline workflows.
  • Diversity Champion: Committed to building inclusive teams and advancing equity in hiring practices.
