Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Sourcer with a focus on Technical hires to support our team for a limited duration project. This role requires a deep understanding of IT and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for our P&E Team. We’re excited to find a candidate who can make an immediate impact on our team. This role will begin with a 6-month contract. The role is scoped for hiring a specific number of candidates to achieve hiring targets in the areas of Backend Development, Infrastructure Engineering, Product roles, and AI/ML roles which are expected to be filled during the term. In this role, you will also be responsible for:Talent Sourcing:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent focused on efficiently hiring the necessary candidates in the short project window.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Build and leverage a sufficient talent pipeline for the project hiring needs.
- Conduct outreach to at least 100 candidates per week.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule at least 15 recruiter screens per week (390 overall) for the TA Partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments and other evaluation processes, likely resulting in 10 technical interviews per week (260 overall).
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with TAPs to understand company hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to the TA Manager.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by managing expectations and timelines.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the talent market.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of talent sourcing experience, focusing on tech roles (developers, QAs, ML/AI, etc.).
- Proven track record of successful hires in technology or related industries.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
- Strong understanding of IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with the talent market.
