Leadership & People Development• Experience in a Senior-level role mentoring and guiding either Software Engineers, Data Scientists and AI Engineers

Technical Leadership• 7+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, data science, or full stack development

Required Technical SkillsFull Stack Development• Expert-level Python for data science and web development
• Strong React and modern JavaScript experience
• RESTful API development and web services
• Database technologies and SQL programming
• Docker containerization and deployment practices
AI & Cloud Platforms• Cloud platforms experience (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP)
• Generative AI implementation and prompt engineering
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for AI/ML deployment
• Big data technologies (Azure Synapse, Spark, Databricks)
Data Science & Analytics• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Business experiments design and hypothesis testing
• Data visualization (Power BI preferred)

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM field required.
