Job Title:Team Lead – CoE Support

Summary:This position will require a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage a team of professional responsible for delivering various Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

Tasks and responsibilities of the position:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, ensuring high performance across a broad range of Business services.
  • Based on requirements, oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CoE projects (EHS & Quality, etc.), ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Drive growth plan for existing process / new transition through scope expansion and/or adding new resources/process.
  • Drive governance mechanism and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coach/mentor team members, build capabilities to meet Organizational challenges, ensuring the Team is motivated and retained.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Define/build team’s performance metrics (KPIs) for all new processes (Cority/LIMS etc.), ensure delivering defined KPIs on time.
  • Evaluate to pursue broader BCP strategy for MBS and build BCP (all critical tasks) across roles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to propose and implement innovative solutions.

Ensure optimal team performance and project success. Work closely with the Team/stakeholders in delivering timely and quality service to business. Drive risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and success people & process).

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Overall 10+ years of experience , with min. 3 years of experience in a leadership role, or in a global role managing broader responsibilities within a Centre of Excellence or similar environment
  • Understanding of technical tools, project management principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working with stakeholders of different regions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
