Description and Requirements
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on creating a positive candidate experience, maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including job postings, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
