Job Location: ITPL Bangalore

Required Experience: 2 - 4 years

Skill Set: L1/L2 Support, SLAs, Ticketing Tools (preferably Service Now / Jira), knowledge on ITIL Process, Unix should be primary and windows as secondary is good to have, User Account Management, VMware, Ansible, Shell Scripting, Monitoring Tools (Zabbix , Grafana , Splunk will be  Advantage ),OS Patching.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience from previous customer support / Technical support role is necessary.

• Technical knowledge is required for this position.

• Redhat Linux Certified System Administration Professional.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in Linux/Unix.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office products.

• Decent knowledge & experience in programming and scripting is preferred.

• Ability to understand and use various in-house and commercial tools.

• Ability to work in close relationship with other departments within the team.

• Working in shifts required.
