About the role
As a Recruiter, you’ll use your well-honed recruiting skills to find qualified candidates, cultivate amazing candidate experiences, and guide managers and interview teams in their quest to hire the best person for each open position.
What you’ll be doing
- Be a trusted advisor of the hiring managers and other staffing and HR team members; provide leadership in the area of technical talent acquisition.
- Thoroughly evaluate candidates, prepare professional write-ups, and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner.
- Analyze research and understand the requirements to identify qualified talent. Help hiring managers craft compelling job descriptions.
- Search for candidates on portals, search engines, using active and passive techniques like cold calling and social media tools to identify candidates.
- Communicate at all levels to inform the staffing and HR teams, and management about a candidate search status.
- Identify areas for improvement with the organization and staffing, partner with those necessary to make the change.
- Strive for enthusiastically satisfied clients on every engagement.
We’re excited if you have
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience with extensive experience recruiting software engineers, programmers, developers, network engineers, and project managers.
- Previous experience working both for an agency and in-house as a recruiter sourcing software and engineering candidates.
- Extensive experience in sourcing and identifying candidates through social media and other non-traditional methods (e.g., Boolean, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri).
- Sound business judgment and common sense to approach obstacles and solve problems during candidate searches.
- Experience balancing the demands of the customer with the defined constraints of the candidate search.
- Ability and willingness to recruit for other positions as requested.
