Technical Account Specialist - Networking

SD-WAN (Cisco & Fortinet)

   • Strong design and implementation knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet and VMWare SD-WAN technology

   • Should be excellent articulating on the benefits of Cisco, Fortinet and VMWare SD-WAN technology to internal or external clients

   • Capability to identify, analyse and drive any kind of problems to resolution, handling complex SD-WAN issues

   • Providing technical demonstrations and use cases of SD-WAN system

   • Strong skill to analyze Cisco, Fortinet and VMWare SD-WAN infrastructure performance to ensure network infrastructure is working at optimal levels

   • Understanding SD-WAN APIs and integration with external tools/systems.

   • Good communication skills and team lead experience.

   • Leading, supporting and building relationships with NTT service engineering team

   • Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.

   • 10+ years of experience in WAN network, SD-WAN technology

Cisco ACI & SDA

   • Strong design, implementation & troubleshooting knowledge of complex Cisco ACI-based, Juniper fabric, VMware NSX or any OpenFlow protocol based Data Centre network

   • Strong working experience with the Cisco ACI or other OEM controller to configure and manage network resources

   • Deploying and configuring Cisco ACI applications and services

   • Strong skill to analyze Cisco ACI performance and issues

   • Experience designing and building complex campus network with Software Defined Access (SDA) solutions from Cisco or any other SDA vendors

   • Provide client support, assisting with troubleshooting, design, configuration and escalated problem management

   • Should be a passionate learner and trainer

   • Experience in network automation via scripting (e.g. Python, Ruby) or tools (e.g. Ansible, Algosec, Chef)

   • 15+ years of experience around networking and infrastructure, software development, systems design and deployment within a large scale technology services environment

Cisco Meraki - DNAC

   • Strong design, implementation & troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco/meraki DNAC solution

   • Diagnose and solve wireless, security, switching, and other various network-related issues reported by Cisco Meraki customers and partners

   • Provide strategic direction over multiple UX projects and cross-product experiences

   • Work to understand the complex needs of IT administrators, help set a vision for the product grounded in those needs, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to build it iteratively

   • Collaborate with other support team members to fix network outages, incorrect configurations, and sophisticated networking issues on customers' devices.

   • Responsible for training, mentororing service engineering team on DNAC solutions

   • Stay up to date on Meraki features and technology by completing instructor-led and self-paced training modules.

   • 15+ year of relevant experience working on wireless technologies
