The Impact of Technical Architect to Coupa:
Coupa's Professional Services Teams collaborate with our Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers. We are now looking to add a knowledgeable Technical Architect with experience of working with integration technologies in the Procurement, Supply Chain and/or AP Automation space to our team in EMEA to manage the successful delivery of integration projects at Coupa.

What You’ll Do:
- Leading customer expectations and work with Coupa / Customer project managers to meet project timeline and quality obligations
- Collaborating with customer architecture and senior management team on the integration topics/areas in both individual and team settings both on and off client site
- Designing integration extraction and consumption methodologies in and out of Coupa in a multi ERP environment
- Mentoring and leading integration engineers from Coupa and Partners to successfully deliver the solution
- Configuring, developing, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs and flat file based integrations
- Detecting, diagnosing, and resolving integration related issues
- Designing and building the infrastructure for data extraction, preparation and loading of data from a variety of sources
- Working closely with Solution Architecture to continually evolve and improve best practices and standardised implementation methodologies
- Contributing to the learning of the professional services and delivery teams, supporting our learning experience team to develop the skills and capabilities of our consultants
What will you bring to Coupa:
- Should have 2+ Years of professional experience.
- Solid hands on experience architecting large-scale integrations that involve ERP Integration with SAP / PeopleSoft / ORACLE E-Business Suite/Netsuite
- Experience with one or more Finance and Procurement functional areas (e.g. Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Expenses, Accounts Payable) required while experience in the supply chain planning system space would be an advantage
- Direct experience with sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and Single Sign On configuration
- ERP Domain Knowledge – SAP / PeopleSoft / ORACLE
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud host stack and a solid understanding of web technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and organisation skills along with strong advocacy, able to convince and align customers and teams
- Data architecture/processing expertise including OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) and OLTP (Online Transactional Processing) categories
- Demonstrable experience integrating with external supplier systems using standards like EDI, cXML etc
- Middleware Experience – IBM / TIBCO / SAP / ORACLE / Boomi/ Talend
- Programming Language Experience – Ruby / Java / .NET
- Scripting languages - Python, Powershell
- Big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra etc…
- Solid experience with Linux servers in virtualised environment
- Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
