Job Description:

As a Technical Architect, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft, Google, AWS and other emerging technologies.
• Implementing scalable and secure AI solutions that integrate with healthcare systems and data pipelines.
• Determining technical feasibility and architecture for new AI-driven innovations across owned technologies.
• Supporting cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating AI concepts.
• Mentoring developers and data scientists on best practices in agent development, prompt engineering, and responsible AI.
• Additionally, role will be asked to engage in above responsibilities with new and emerging technologies

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 8+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical fields

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2+ years of experience developing AI agents or copilots using enterprise platforms (Microsoft, Google or AWS)
• 2+ years managing technical delivery team
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and vector databases
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology innovation or enterprise AI deployment
• Skills include strong communication, leadership, adaptability, problem solving, operating in fast moving ambiguous environment and a passion for emerging technologies
