The Technical Content Writer will produce various types of content, edit contributions from team members, collaborate on innovative ideas, and develop documentation related to quality assurance.
We are looking for a content writer with impressive knowledge of Quality Assurance who can develop and write content on every quality assurance topic.

Responsibilities
- Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers
- Edit content made by other members of the team
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
- Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
- Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
- Research, create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
- 5+ years’ industry experience as a quality assurance engineer
- Can deliver quickly with excellent outcomes
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
