Job Description
Technical Implementation Associate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects for Product Implementation set ups. The Implementation Specialist will handle a high volume of simultaneous requests.
Job Summary
As a Technical Implementation Manager - Associate in our Product Implementation team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of product implementation setups. You will handle a high volume of simultaneous requests, demonstrating strong people and team management skills and a good understanding of mainframe and testing processes. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with onshore tech teams and client tech teams, and requires a willingness to work in evening/night shifts. Understanding of US and Canada treasury products is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities

• People and resource management (e.g. people development, attrition, pipeline/skills monitoring, training programs) for the team.
• Maintain effective and standard operational processes, Act as a point of contact for escalations and high priority requests from internal clients.
• Manage the performance management cycle- Objective setting, development and career planning, performance appraisal and reward & recognition.
• Measure Productivity and KPIś, Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and coaching sessions.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making, Identifying gaps/exceptions and recommending possible solutions.
• Take ownership of internal communication and status updates to partners / clients, Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making.
• Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Recording observations & escalate wherever necessary. Identifying gaps/exceptions and recommending possible solutions.
• Project Management by handling multiple requests at the same time. Demonstrate ability to manage conflict and mobilize internal resources to resolve issues.
• Client and internal teams to setup product as per the requirement

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Excellent people and Team management skills (e.g. people development, pipeline/skills monitoring, training programs).
• Strong Understanding of Mainframe system as well as UAT or regression testing. Ability to develop, implement and maintain effective and standard operational processes
• Strong Verbal, Written and Presentation skills, Excellent logical, analytical skills and attention to details
• Good sense of Time , Work management and Reporting, Creation of Test cases and Test Scenarios.
• Knowledge of Automation Tools - Like VBA, Selenium etc. Knowledge of UI Path Tool for workflow automation, Power BI for Dashboard and Confluence
• Engineering degree holder with minimum 9+ years of experience in Bank, Financial services, Treasury product implementation with Testing Background.
