- Lead the strategic planning and execution of InfoPath to PowerApps migration projects.
- Assess existing InfoPath forms, workflows, and dependencies to design modernized solutions with PowerApps.
- Architect scalable and efficient applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Define and implement best practices, governance policies, and security guidelines for Power Platform solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on guidance to a team of developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric applications.
- Ensure performance optimization, compliance, and security of PowerApps applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during migration projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including solution architecture, design patterns, and operating procedures.
- 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including InfoPath to PowerApps migrations.
- Proven expertise in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience with Power Platform governance, application lifecycle management (ALM), and security best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and guiding teams toward successful project outcomes.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-600).
- Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and AI Builder.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and advanced data integration techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
