We’re seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Technical Lead who can take a 0→1 product from idea to deployment in a secure, cloud-native environment. You’ll architect and build scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), set up CI/CD and development environments, and lead a small engineering team to deliver end-to-end solutions.
You’ll also work directly with clients as product managers, shaping technical priorities and ensuring high-quality, compliant healthcare software delivery.

- Lead greenfield (0→1) product builds from infrastructure design to deployment and ongoing reliability.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP, including:
- Compute: EC2 / ECS / Lambda / GCE / GKE / Cloud Run
- Networking: VPC, Route53 / Cloud DNS, Load Balancers, API Gateway
- Storage: S3 / Cloud Storage, EFS / Filestore
- Databases: RDS / Cloud SQL, DynamoDB / Firestore, BigQuery
- CI/CD: CodePipeline / Cloud Build / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
- Build and manage secure, scalable development and staging environments.
- Mentor and guide a small team of backend/frontend engineers.
- Collaborate directly with client product owners to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager.
- Ensure reliability, observability, and compliance (HIPAA/SOC2 familiarity a plus).
- Foster DevOps best practices — automation, testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP); architecture, networking, IAM, and cost management.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and environment automation.
- Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for client-facing collaboration.
- Ability to lead a small team, manage sprints, and drive technical delivery.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Background
- Healthcare / Healthtech domain experience (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR standards).
