- Job Title: OPS SRE Lead
- Location: Hyderabad

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years successfully leading large, global Operations and Technology teams, with a focus on delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Integration Expertise: Deep understanding of integrating legacy systems with modern applications/APIs (Microservices) and platforms like Springboot, Kafka, and Apache Camel.
- Cloud & Digital Transformation: Extensive experience implementing cloud and digital technologies (Agile, DevOps, ITSM, ITIL) in Agile environments.
- Operational Excellence: Proven track record leading operational support for applications, infrastructure, and security, including vulnerability management and upgrades.
- Strategic & Analytical: Ability to analyze complex business and technical challenges, understand customer needs, and develop effective, aligned solutions.
- Solution Design: Hands-on experience designing innovative, complex solutions, analyzing requirements, and guiding engineering processes.
Technical Skills:
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure (preferred) or other cloud environments.
- Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (or similar tools).
- DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Gitlabs, or Azure DevOps.
- Monitoring & Observability: Proficient in at least two monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, or Azure Monitor.
- Integration: Experience building/enhancing Java Springboot and Apache Camel based integration services. Experience with Volante is a plus.
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): Experience applying SRE principles to improve platform and application resiliency.
- Messaging & Logging: Experience with Kafka and Elastic ELK/Open Search.
- Development & Engineering: Strong foundation in software development and engineering practices.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
