The Technical Lead is responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions while leading and mentoring development teams. Requires proficiency in Salesforce technologies and agile methodologies, with a strong focus on problem-solving and technical guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce.com platform with minimum 5+ years developing on the platform with hands on development knowledge of Platform App Builder, Sales & Service Clouds, custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), batch and real-time integrations. Minimum of 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security models, and integration patterns.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript and other Salesforce development tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices.
