Role Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Operations Manager to help scale and streamline our internal systems, compliance posture, and operational workflows. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Your focus will be on managing compliance and security initiatives, supporting the technical hiring roadmap, driving org enablement, and automating operational workflows that help our teams move faster and more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Org Enablement & Scale India Operations
- Partner with the Head of Engineering to define and coordinate the hiring roadmap for technical roles
- Process execution of the technical recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Support onboarding and internal IT enablement — including device policy management and ensuring smooth access to core IT tools and systems for new hires
2. Security & Compliance
- Drive and maintain compliance efforts (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.) across our stack
- Own internal access control, audit readiness, and policy documentation
- Lead and project-manage cross-functional compliance initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Work with leadership to define and track a forward-looking compliance and security roadmap
- Serve as the primary contact for external audits, legal/compliance vendors, and regulatory stakeholders
3. Internal Systems & Process Automation
- Collaborate with Engineering to improve the reliability, security, access and usability of applications used within the organization
- Own application policy management and drive automation for repetitive tasks
- Maintain internal documentation practices and support operational hygiene across technical workflows
Requirements
- 6+ years in technical operations, program management, compliance or security-adjacent roles
- Strong grasp of modern SaaS tooling and familiarity of technical tools and operations
- Hands-on experience leading compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO, etc.) in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable owning complex projects across multiple functions, with experience of inventory management and software management
- Excellent communicator with a bias toward clarity, execution, and iteration
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building systems from the ground up
