Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Lead research initiatives to innovate and enhance AI models, AI Agents, and RPA systems, prioritizing autonomy, adaptability, and efficiency.

Understand business workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.

Translate identified opportunities into detailed automation and AI use case scope documents.

Drive the distinction between automation and AI solutions based on the use case scope.

Develop high-level solution designs for automation and AI based on use case documents.

Lead the proof of concept for identified use cases in collaboration with the extended team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA with AI solutions, ensuring seamless automation of both structured and unstructured processes.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI research and technology, applying this knowledge to drive business innovation.

Ensure AI agents align with business objectives and operational needs.

Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes related to AI and automation initiatives.
Skill Requirements:
