- Participation in at least two full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, with hands-on ownership of application configuration.
- Strong hands-on configuration skills in Oracle Fusion Cost Management (for example cost organizations, cost books, cost elements, cost accounting rules, standard cost setup, and cost accounting distributions) or in Inventory, Manufacturing, or Procurement accounting and Subledger Accounting, or the equivalent in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Intercompany and the integration of intercompany transactions with AR, AP, Inventory, Costing, and GL.
- Ability to perform application configuration and assess the downstream process and accounting impact of setup changes.
- Experience preparing functional documentation and partnering with technical teams on reports, interfaces, conversions, integrations, or extensions.
- Hands-on experience in testing, defect resolution, data validation, reconciliation, and deployment support.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Understanding of cost accounting and intercompany processes beyond system setup, such as standard costing, overheads, inventory valuation, COGS, transfer pricing, and period-end processes.
- Exposure to an R12-to-Oracle Fusion migration or cloud ERP transformation.
- Experience in a global manufacturing, healthcare, or other complex product-based organization.
- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, web services, and light SQL for validation and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Oracle EPM, tax engines, reconciliation tools, or middleware platforms.
- Oracle Cloud certification or a professional accounting or finance certification.
