Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Technical Product Manager for a US Healthcare IT product or portfolio, owning end-to-end product lifecycle outcomes
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned to business objectives and customer needs
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring effective execution against roadmap and delivery milestones
- Lead translation of business needs into scalable technical solutions, defining capabilities, features, and system requirements
- Drive deep system and data analysis to inform decision-making and solution design
- Lead release planning and execution in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, operations)
- Clearly communicate product strategy, priorities, and trade-offs to engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders
- Partner closely with UX and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences
- Ensure consistent, value-driven delivery aligned to business goals and MBOs
- Lead product demos, stakeholder reviews, and Go/No-Go readiness to support successful releases
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and outcome-driven delivery across the portfolio
- Collaborate across business, engineering, product, and operations to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive outcomes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product / technical product management experience (senior-level expectation)
- Solid domain experience in US healthcare payer and/or provider landscape
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Expertise in translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing product backlogs/roadmaps
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap at portfolio level
- Proven solid analytical skills with experience in system analysis, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex ecosystems
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as Rally, Aha!, or similar product management platforms
