We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to be part of our dynamic Product Management team.

What You'll Do 
Technical Product Owner is accountable for the full end to end lifecycle of portfolio of products. The Technical Product Owner is the facilitator and planner for all aspects of strategic clients onboarding and will drive the activities of the corresponding teams who will build, integrate, or enhance any new or existing products in their respective portfolio aligned to the product roadmap using Agile Methodology
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any stream or equivalent qualification with relevant product management experience
  • Technical Product Owner is accountable for the full end to end lifecycle of portfolio of products. The Technical Product Owner is the facilitator and planner for all aspects of strategic clients onboarding and will drive the activities of the corresponding teams who will build, integrate or enhance any new or existing products in their respective portfolio aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology.
  • They will maximize product reusability and repeatability & focus on revenue growth to enable new logo strategic client acquisitions, improved customer experience & teamwork.
  • They will manage the vendor relationship to build and nurture Partner Ecosystem to build new products to fit the existing client requirements and potential new clients
  • Fitment of APIs to products both existing and new to create a digital pipeline that suits our client requirements
  • Testing of technical APIs for scale, functionality and derive new product landscape
  • Drive the digital strategy for First Advantage by engaging with required partners and internal stakeholders to measure the end-to-end usability of the products
  • Maintain the product roadmap and deliver to the roadmap
  • Manage integration projects, including implementation of new integrations as well as support of existing integrations. (processing, monitoring, error identification, and resolution)
  • Production Support for existing integrations issues
  • Working with the internal stake holders including Project Manager/Customer Success manager/team lead to bring integration and implementations to success.
