Job DescriptionThe Role
At Redica Systems, we are building cutting-edge solutions that help Life Sciences, MedTech, and other regulated industries manage compliance and regulatory intelligence more effectively.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive software product development initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role requires a balance of technical understanding and program management excellence to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of software product development programs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and TPM teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Balance technical depth (understanding engineering concepts, design discussions, trade-offs) with program management skills (coordination, stakeholder alignment, risk management).
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely program execution.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and SDLC methodologies across teams.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must Have:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a software development company.
- Strong knowledge of program management practices with a proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Gantt charts.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.), or prior software product development experience.
- Experience in data & analytics software development.
- Experience with Project Management tools like Smartsheet
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working on AI-driven solutions.
