Job Description

Job Summary:As a technical Project Manager for SAP Analytics, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle ensuring that the deliverables meets business objectives, technical specifications, and customer requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:· Primary role would be to take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project.· Working on RFP, Timelines , Estimations , inputs from key stakeholders to position Bosch to win the deal.
Handle multiple projects w.r.t deliveries and guide the team wherever necessary to fill their technical gaps

· Train the team members in the skill they are missing for the project requirement

· Coordinate between teams and delivery heads to provide right status updates on all the projects being handled

· Ensure productivity of the team members

· Get involved and contribute to organizational activities and all internal/external technical forums

· Collaborative work with members across departments for a project delivery

· Upskill on latest SAP tools to match the demand of the project and company

· Ability to put up a technical road map for all the members in department in alignment with department goals and project demands globally

· Good exposure to all stages of project lifecycle with best methods practiced at each stage

· Understand and align team members upskilling with company goals and global project demands

· Strong ability to interact with clients across different geographies – EMEA, APAC, NA

· Collaborate with business and IT to understand the business requirements

· Specify best project execution approaches.

· Define and promote best practice methodologies.

· Ensure solutions are aligned with the major stakeholders for KPI standards and roadmap.

· Experience in writing requirements documents, functional/technical specifications and any other documentation that might be required as part of project.

· Coordinate with business users and other IT team/departments to design and develop complex requirements.

· Implement/use guidelines – project, process and architecture.

· Maintain a clear understanding of the potential impacts of proposed solutions on the other areas of the system and/or project.

· Using automation techniques and reducing the overall time of the project

· Implement complete project life cycle

PMP certification: Preferable Experience:12-14 years’ experience in SAP BW/HANA, SAC, Datasphere, management(Should have 12-14 years experience in SAP BW/HANA/ABAP , 3 to 5 years in SAC reports/Stories, 4 + years in Technical project management, Min 1 year in SAP Datasphere)

Technical management
Should be very strong in SAP BW/HANA and SAC, with proven ability to lead and guide multiple teams in successful delivery of projects
Should have end to end implementation experience with Global projects and clients across different geographies
Should be able to handle multiple project deliveries and direct interactions with clients.
Project handling experience starting from proposal stage, till, post warranty and closure is compulsory.
Good knowledge in project development life cycles and be able to suggest the best approach as per requirement
At least 3 successful project deliveries as a technical manager
Have clear understanding and experience in different project execution methodologies
Played a role of architect for at least 2 projects which involved SAP BW/HANA, SAC, Datasphere
Strong analytical thinking mindset to make use of skill knowledge in other internal/external forums apart from project executions. 

SAP BW/HANA/ABAP

· Work experience in all three phases - BW Reporting, Extraction and Modeling with at least 2 end to end implementations.

· Work experience in green field implementations

· Work experience in migration projects.

· Experience in working with ADSOs (all types), composite providers, BeX query and all infoproviders available in SAP BW/HANA

· Should have very strong experience in ABAP skills like Start, End, Expert, Field level Routines, custom built Extractors & Debugging skills where required.

· Experience in working with HANA views, AMDP procedures, ABAP-OOPs, and hybrid architecture.

· Experience in SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW4HANA

· Integrating both SAP and non-SAP source systems

· Knowledge of connectors like SDA/SDI

· Exposing models or queries as Odata for external consumption

· Consuming external APIs into BW models.

· Experience in BW systems integrated with S4HANA.

 SAP Analytics Cloud

· Hands-on experience on SAC (including Planning), designing/implementing data models.

· Good Understanding of SAP data structures, forecasting and analytical applications.

· Excellent CSS Scripting abilities. Ability to exhibit and follow standard coding and naming conventions and a top- down approach.

· Strong hands-on experience on SAC connectivity, integration with SAP cloud connector, Authorization concept (Users, roles, team) and governance

· Knowledge on SAC predictive capabilities, Augmented analytics

 SAP Datasphere

· Ability to design & implement complex dataflows.

· Writing transformations using python scripts

· Ability to design & implement complex dataflows.

· Writing transformations using python scripts

· Creating views and exposing for consumption to SAP Analytics Cloud

· Consuming HDI containers in Datasphere

· Exposing Datasphere model to AI algorithms

· Exposing Datasphere model to third party tool
