- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more technical teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.) and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure the team's understanding of the product vision, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to enable them to focus on sprint commitments and delivery goals.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to optimize the efficiency of Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Support and guide the team in technical aspects, leveraging your technical expertise to facilitate discussions and problem-solving.
- Encourage a collaborative and transparent environment where communication and feedback are encouraged and valued.
- Use metrics and data to track team progress and identify areas for improvement, working proactively to address bottlenecks and challenges.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with technical teams, in an Agile environment.
- Strong technical background or familiarity with technical concepts, software development lifecycle, and practices.
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Ability to facilitate and drive Agile ceremonies effectively, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve impediments, fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and proficiency in using data and metrics for decision-making.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
