Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Bangalore, IndiaOverview:
This position is part of the Technology & Solutions Center (TASC), which provides specialized technical, strategic, and operational support to the Global Solutions Engineering Organization to drive a scalable, high-performing technical sales function.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of TASC services, including PoCs, custom demos, RFP/RFI support, and internal initiatives, while applying product development lifecycle principles to improve consistency, scalability, and delivery quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management experience, a structured approach to execution, and familiarity with agile and product development methodologies.
The role is critical in ensuring that Solutions Engineering delivery is well-coordinated, prioritized effectively, and executed with operational rigor across global teams. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of TASC projects, including PoCs, demos, and internal initiatives
Drive intake, scoping, prioritization, and tracking of requests through Jira, ensuring clear visibility and alignment
Apply product development lifecycle and agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives) to improve delivery efficiency and predictability
Partner with Solution Engineers, Account Teams, and Solution Engineering Leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including TASC engineers, proposal teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely delivery
Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs), identifying risks and proactively addressing delays or bottlenecks
Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting for leadership visibility and QBRs
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, standardize workflows, and increase scalability
Support the development and maintenance of reusable assets, templates, and delivery frameworks
Ensure all work is properly documented and tracked, maintaining Jira as the system of record
Act as the primary point of contact for project status, escalations, and coordination across stakeholders
Collaborate with leadership to define and evolve engagement models, SLAs, and delivery processes
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–10 years of experience in project/program management, solution engineering operations, or technical delivery roles
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience managing technical projects or delivery teams in a SaaS or solution engineering environment
Familiarity with technical sales workflows including PoCs, demos, RFP/RFI support, and technical solutioning
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools for intake, tracking, and workflow management
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across global, cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey status, risks, and timelines
Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes
Experience working in presales, solution engineering, or technical services organizations
Familiarity with Boomi platform or integration technologies
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and demo environments
Experience defining or managing SLAs, intake models, or operational frameworks
Understanding of automation and workflow optimization in delivery processes
