About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract (with a possible extension). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in both corporate recruiting and agency recruiting, with a strong ability to identify and attract top technical talent.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of technical hiring, and enjoys collaborating with hiring managers to attract the right talent.

  • Proactive & Resourceful: You don’t wait for the perfect candidate to apply—you actively seek them out. You leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking, etc.) to build strong pipelines.
  • Strong Technical Acumen: You don’t need to code, but you understand enough about software engineering, AI, and data roles to engage with candidates effectively and assess their fit for our team.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at building trust with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and creating a seamless recruitment process.
  • Results-Driven: You’re motivated by hiring goals and work efficiently to move candidates through the pipeline while maintaining quality. You track key recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the process.
  • Agile & Adaptable: You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities may shift. You can manage multiple roles and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You use insights from recruitment metrics to refine strategies, improve processes, and make hiring more efficient.
Required Skills and Qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with exposure to both corporate and agency recruiting environments.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, data science, cloud technologies, and other technical roles.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously while ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, JazzHR, Lever is a plus) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus.
