We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. With 4+ years of experience in supporting fast-paced, high-growth teams, you will play a key role in bringing top talent into our Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
What You'll Do
- Understand the requirements from the stakeholders and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates through extensive research on internet in various job portals, ad posting, headhunting, mapping, screening on professional networking sites and referencing.
- Responsible for identifying new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Managing complete recruitment cycle starting from Pre - screening the applications, conducting interviews, salary negotiations and following up with the offered candidates till the time they join the organisation.
- Maintaining and updating an active database of the candidates.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in technology hiring
- Experience in end to end recruitment life-cycle
- Passion to work in a startup-like environment
- Well-versed with sourcing portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, Instahyre, Angel.co, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Stakeholder management
