About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will identify and attract top technical talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical qualifications for various roles.

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, to source potential candidates.

  • Resume Screening & Interviews: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

  • Manage Interview Process: Coordinate technical assessments and oversee the entire interview process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate offers with selected candidates and ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new hires.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards to track progress and metrics.

  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment to improve our hiring strategies continuously.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in technical recruiting within e-commerce, SaaS, or product-focused organizations.

    • Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates across various technical roles.

  • Education:

    • B.Tech or MBA, preferably from a premier college or university.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of advanced recruiting solutions, systems, tools, and techniques.

    • Creative sourcing abilities with a proven track record of engaging passive candidates and converting them into great hires.

    • Passionate about creating high-caliber candidate experiences.

    • A deep interest in and understanding of technology is essential.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
