Job Description:
Primary responsibilities
- Very good Hands-on knowledge on Windows Laptop/Desktop installation
- Installation of Software like Acad, Adobe, Revit
- Hands-on knowledge on O365 license assignment, Teams troubleshooting, O365 troubleshooting
- Hands-on knowledge on Zoom call setup and troubleshooting
- Should have worked and good knowledge on any of the Ticketing tool to handle and manage the tickets of his and others as needed.
- Good knowledge on Licenses, Software, Hardware, Cloud licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS
- Hands-on Knowledge on IT Assets, IT accessories and Services
- Hands-on Knowledge on Networking devices
- Hands-on Knowledge on IT Service Contracts
- Hands-on Knowledge on Asset management on warranty, upgrades and Amc renewals.
- Managing the renewals of all Software and keep track of renewal period.
Secondary responsibilities
- Good to have – SAP – PR Process
Fair knowledge on IT Procurement to payment process from the perspective of follow-up until the required PR is closed until payment.
