Role: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

About the Role :-
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to own end-to end resolution of complex product issues. The role requires strong coding, debugging, and customer communication skills, with close collaboration across Engineering and Product teams.
What You’ll Do :-
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and backend issues
- Write and debug code to identify root causes and validate fixes
- Analyze logs, APIs, databases, and application workflows
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers via email, chat, and calls
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to close issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
What We’re Looking For :-
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and React
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with APIs, databases, and modern web architectures
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Git
- Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset
Good to Have :-
- Experience with cloud platforms or SaaS products
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and command-line tools
- Exposure to security, performance monitoring, or automation
