We are looking for a Technical Writer - AI  to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating strategic white papers that highlight the technical capabilities, roadmap, vision, and execution plan of upcoming AI solutions. These white papers will effectively communicate the value, strategic importance, and real-world applications of these technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Research and Collaboration:  Engage with subject matter experts and attend meetings and events to understand the technical capabilities in detail.
• Consume and understand business, industry, and product strategy content.
• Gather insights on the intended business value and industry relevance of the technical solutions.
• Identify research needs and collaborate with stakeholders to conduct structured research activities.
• Content Development:   Develop high-quality white papers, content, and visuals highlighting the purpose, architecture, and applications of technical capabilities.
• Clearly articulate the strategic value and benefits, addressing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Research and create relevant diagrams, workflows, and visuals to enhance understanding.
• Revisions and Updates:  Assist in structuring and facilitating content review
• Ensure all content reflects the latest updates and advancements in the technical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in technical writing in a Technology Company.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Assignment, Intelligent Chat, Knowledge Management and others relevant to our capabilities.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, strategy-oriented technical content.
• Proven skills in writing, editing, and problem-solving, with attention to detail and clarity in documentation.
• Strong business acumen to understand business strategy, architecture, vision, and long term plans.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, ensuring clarity for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Mural, Figma and/or other technical documentation platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into strategic narratives
• Responsive to feedback and open to iterative development processes.
• Demonstrated a strong passion for AI technology and its future applications
• Portfolio includes published industry papers.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $85,000 to $95,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
