Overview:
We are hiring Technical Writer for our Bangalore office.
Responsibilities:

Would be responsible for all documentation for a product ranging from solution documentation to deep technical guides, to end user on-line help. This position requires the ability to describe a highly technical solution in an easy to understand and concise manner.

Takes care of the localization work required to offer our solution in several global languages.

Is an integral member of the development and maintenance projects giving input to product managers and designers from an end user perspective
Requirements:

Any Graduate or Post-Graduate
-
3+ Years of experience in Technical Writing
-
Agile methodology experience
-
Excellent English written and verbal skills
-
Experience writing for Windows applications
-
Base knowhow in telephony concepts/business phone systems
-
Technical enough to be able to install and maintain a lab environment with our software in order to have a system to use to properly describe our solution.

Experience working in DITA/XML based authoring environment.

Well versed in traditional documentation authoring tools

Experience in conducting technical reviews

Experience in publishing content in online formats
