Job Summary:
Infios is looking for an AI-enabled Technical Writer who can leverage modern AI tools to create and maintain high-quality product documentation for our OMS and supply chain software platforms.
This role focuses on clear communication, structured documentation, and effective use of AI tools to accelerate documentation creation and maintenance. The candidate should have strong written and spoken English skills and the ability to understand technical concepts with support from engineering teams.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Create and maintain product documentation, feature guides, and user documentation
- Work closely with engineering, product management, and QA teams to understand new features and workflows .
- Use AI tools (such as Claude Code, Kiro or similar technologies) to assist with drafting, editing, summarization, and documentation generation .
- Prepare release notes, feature documentation, and internal knowledge base articles that are the basis for training AI based chatbots.
- Maintain documentation repositories such as Confluence, Markdown-based documentation systems, or internal knowledge portals for the purpose of training and guiding AI technologies that would eventually be consumed using documentation or chatbot interactions.
- Improve documentation quality, structure, and discoverability using AI-assisted workflows
- Assist engineering teams in ensuring documentation remains up-to-date with product releases
What you bring to the team:
- 1-3 years of experience in technical writing
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, master’s in computer application (MCA) or a similar technical educational degree.
- Strong written and spoken English skills .
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly .
- Strong attention to detail and structured writing ability .
- Comfort and eagerness in using AI tools to assist in documentation creation, editing and publishing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with software products, APIs, or enterprise applications
- Exposure to documentation tools such as Document 360, Confluence, Markdown, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of software development concepts or workflows.
- Experience working with engineering or product teams
