A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Identify IFU/label requirements and obtain necessary raw information from various sources.
Learn and understand the design and behavior of the company’s products.
Design, develop, and maintain IFU/label using FrameMaker® and other software applications.
Control IFU versioning and maintain the IFU archives.
Provide IFU/label -related support to the Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory groups.
Identify IFU translation requirements, prepare and manage translation projects to completion.
Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, and some database experience
Perform the administrative documentation tasks required to establish and track IFU in a Product Lifecycle Management system.
Continuously evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement improvements.
Proofread and edit the work of other writers.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Autonomy: Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments.
Organizational Impact: Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments. Contributes to the completion of project milestones. May have some involvement in cross functional assignments.
Innovation and Complexity: Problems and issues faced are general, and may require understanding of broader set of issues or other job areas but typically are not complex. Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
Communication and Influence: Communicates primarily and frequently with internal contacts. External interactions are less complex or problem solving in nature. Contacts others to share information, status, needs and issues in order to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
Leadership and Talent Management: May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and / or employee in Support Career Stream.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in Medical, Mechanical, Electric Life Science or Masters in Pharmaceutical
· 4-7 years experiences as a technical.
· Proficient with FrameMaker® software
· Proficient with Adobe Acrobat® and PhotoShop® software, vector graphics software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator® or CoreDraw) and HTML.
· Preferable experience in the medical or scientific software field
· Experience with Structured Authoring using XML and content management solutions.
· Experience writing for a global audience.
· Experience with professional translation services.
· Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills is required, and have a flexible and team-oriented attitude.
· Strong attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks, good at planning and can work under pressure;
· Good at English, including reading, writing, and speaking;
· Good Learning attitude
