The Technology Operations Analyst will configure and customize Salesforce for various business needs, manage user roles and data access, create custom objects, and debug Salesforce solutions. They will also work with APIs for integration and provide training and support to end users. The role requires a strong background in Salesforce administration, security models, and CI/CD processes.

mission critical business processes.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce experience in administration or development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, standard/custom objects, automation tools, and reports/dashboards.
- Experience working with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ticketing systems like JIRA.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions independently.
- Must have working experience in deploying the components into Git, Bitbucket via CI/CD automation with good idea on Salesforce Metadata Structure
It would be great if you have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Develop automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers (is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
What will you be doing in this role?
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and data access.
- Create and enhance custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Understand solutions created via automation, debug issues, and integrate with third-party applications.
- Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.
- Work with APIs and middleware tools to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
- Conduct system testing, support UAT, and deploy changes using CI/CD tools like Git, and Jenkins.
- Provide ongoing Salesforce support, troubleshooting, and training for end users.
Hours of Work
45-hours per week, permanent full-time position. Working in 2:00p.m to 11:00p.m shift.
