Technology Operations Analyst

As a Technology Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's critical technology infrastructure. This technical role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our hybrid Office 365 environment, on-premises Windows Server environment, and various other infrastructure components. You will work closely with front-line ITS teams to resolve technical issues, support large-scale projects, and ensure the seamless operation of our infrastructure. Your expertise in automation, configuration management, and system administration will be crucial in maintaining high availability and performance across all technology platforms. 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining hybrid Office 365 environments and on-premises Windows Server environments and in integrating SharePoint with other Office 365 tools and services.
• Extensive experience in SharePoint Online administration, including permissions management, content governance, site collections, permissions, workflows, and content management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Viva and its modules (Viva Connections, Viva Insights, Viva Learning, etc.) and ability to implement and manage Viva solutions to enhance employee experience. Experience with Microsoft 365 CoPilot and its integration into the Office 365 environment and ability to leverage CoPilot for enhancing productivity and collaboration.
• Proficiency in using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create and manage business solutions and ability to develop and maintain custom applications and workflows using Power Platform.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams administration, including Teams Native and Premium features and in managing Teams channels, permissions, and integrations with other Office 365 tools.

• Familiarity with Generative AI productivity tools and their application in enhancing workplace efficiency and ability to implement and manage AI-driven solutions for various business needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra for identity and access management and ability to implement and manage secure identity solutions.
• Proficiency in managing endpoint devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, and Intune and experience in implementing and enforcing device security and compliance policies.
• Expertise in deploying and maintaining Windows, MacOS, Linux operating systems across the organization.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Monitor and maintain a hybrid Office 365 environment, ensuring all aspects of M365 administration are covered with strong focus on SharePoint administration and development and build and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows
• Manage ticket escalations from service desk, workplace, and peer technical teams and resolve issues that cannot be handled by the first point of contact on the engineering team.
• Monitor and maintain the on-premises Windows Server environment, performing moderately complex configuration changes and conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure system stability and security.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability and troubleshoot and resolve diverse issues related to infrastructure hardware, software, and security.
• Administer Microsoft Entra for identity and access management and implement and manage identity solutions to ensure secure access to organizational resources.
• Manage and support the deployment and maintenance of Windows, MacOS, Linux environments across the organization and ensure compatibility and performance of applications on Windows, MacOS and Linux.
• Support large, complex technical projects led by senior support teams and plan and execute ongoing projects such as software updates, deployments, and infrastructure maintenance with input from internal stakeholders.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and maintenance using configuration management tools and Integrate new standards, specifications, and technologies into existing processes and methodologies.
• Proactively explore and evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices and utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.

Hours of Work  

• Full time, permanent
• 40 hours in a week- Timing- 2 to 11 PM
• Candidate should be flexible and open for 24*7
