As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role requires overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring improved control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive innovation in testing methodologies, contributing to the overall success of the project and product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in scripting languages and test automation tools relevant to the project environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
