You will have the opportunity to work in a highly technical, high paced, team-focused, and scientifically challenging areas to deliver platforms to support ever-changing research environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design independent test cases for each newly developed application

  • Provide feedback to developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches

  • Perform system load tests for new products

  • Work with quality representatives to document the quality processes

  • Creation of Test Plan and Test strategies.

  • Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new products

  • Responsible for conducting automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.

  • Involved in the analysis of software, and systems, to avert risk and prevent software issues.

  • Identify, record, document and track bugs

  • Keeping up to date with the latest compliance documentation for your assigned platform(s) and applying this knowledge to your tests.

  • Thorough understanding of validation practices and associated documentations, implement them across projects

  • Continuously upskill and embrace the latest advancements in the testing field

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Software Tester

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira

  • Understanding of cloud platforms and their testing needs

  • Extensive experience with JavaScript testing using frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright.

  • Proficient in BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber.

  • Hands-on experience with API testing and performance testing (k6, load runner)

  • Experience with DevOps processes and tools for continuous integration and deployment

  • Hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, mobile testing, data testing, cross platform testing, component testing, security testing and UI/UX testing

  • Understanding of compliances and documentation processes of healthcare/pharma industry

  • Good knowledge of change control processes. Significant CAPA/change control experience.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills:

  • In addition to JavaScript-based development, additional desirable skills include understanding of technologies such as:

    • Experience with security testing and knowledge of common security vulnerabilities

    • Familiarity with database testing and SQL scripting for data validation.

    • Authentication/Identity concepts such as oAuth flows and OpenID Connect

    • Familiarity with accessibility testing.

Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools like  Mabl, or Applitools for automated test creation and execution
