Role Summary
We are seeking an ETL Tester with 4–6 years of experience in data validation and cloud-based data environments. The candidate will be responsible for validating ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting cloud data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and source-to-target mapping documents.
Prepare and execute test cases for ETL workflows.
Perform source-to-target data validation.
Validate data transformations and business rules.
Execute SQL queries to verify data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Perform regression and system testing.
Log, track, and manage defects.
Support UAT and deployment validation activities.

Required Technical Skills
Strong SQL knowledge (joins, aggregations, subqueries).
Basic understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
Hands-on experience with any ETL tool
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience in data validation and reconciliation processes.

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
