As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that testing activities align with project goals and deliverables, fostering an environment of efficiency and reliability in software quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot automation issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to integrate automation solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
