We are looking for a Test Engineer -II Who will be:
- Responsible for testing new or modified software to ensure a level of quality and conformance to requirement and established standards.
- Develop test methods, software, and hardware design, install software and develop automation in coordination with development team (knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, Specflow, UFT and WinAppDriver is a great plus).
- Initiate and drive the development and review of test processes, plans and procedures following CSGI test platform.
- Execute tests against hardware and software to validate features, functionality, and performance.
- Identifying, analyzing, and documenting any defects discovered during testing.
- Support the ongoing problem resolution and upgrade of current production automated and semi-automated test systems.
- Document results and work closely with developers and others to analyze and debug issues.
- Research, recommend and develop new test automation frameworks and tools.
- Utilize continuous integration tools such as Jenkins to execute automated tests.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance Testing experience is required.
- 2+ years of testing automation and 2+ years of experience with scripting test automation tools.
- 2+ years of experience with performance testing with tools.
- Must have excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Must have good project management skills, keen attention to detail and self-direction and work with minimum supervision.
- 2+ years preferred experience working with programming languages (C# Script, PowerShell) and relational database systems, including SQL query development.
- Exposure to WCF services and XML is a plus.
- Experience with automated acceptance tests is desired (ATTD, SpecFlow, BDD).
- Agile Environment/Scrum exposure is desired.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
