Testing Analyst - Team Lead

As a Test Analyst within our Testing team, you will play an integral role in transformational projects, providing essential test services to accelerate program delivery. You will work closely with project managers, technology, and testing teams to define, design, and build test deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Client Onboarding and KYC within the financial services industry, and to contribute to the evolution of our testing processes and methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate test scenarios for regression coverage for existing functionalities
• Identify business requirements and translate into specific test scenarios and write test scripts
• Utilize of test automation tools, to enable the efficient and timely E2E test execution.
• Identifying opportunities to accelerate and synergise testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation.
• Monitor and report Testing defects and the re-testing process.
• Validate and present of Test Results for internal Sign-off.
• Partner closely with Operations, Product and Technology groups and ensure that UAT team priorities and needs are communicated effectively especially relating to Code Releases and Test environments.
• Identify testing automation opportunities and test synergies within the Project.

'Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• You must have have a Bachelor's or Higher Degree
• You must have at least 4 years test design and execution experience within the Financial Services industry supporting Client Onboarding
• Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and skilled to learn and work with evolving methodologies (Required).
• Experienced in using of Cucumber / Gherkin / Team City or similar tool (Good to have).
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills (Required)
• Knowledge of Client Onboarding with Subject matter expertise in Know your customer (KYC) for financial services industries
• Hands on experience in Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development test methodology or test case automation
• Knowledge of Cucumber / Gherkin / Team City
