About the department
The People and Organisation (P&O) function at Novo Nordisk designs strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting, and Analytics. Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) is a department within P&O situated in GBS Bangalore. Our core responsibility is to support the global P&O in achieving its strategies. The atmosphere here is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality support to our global teams.
The position
As an Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Support and drive the preparation of high-quality customer insight analyses for management.
  • Collaborate with Specialists to maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including HQ, Regions, and Key affiliates.
  • Ensure and support the preparation of high-quality data output. Build salary ranges for all supported Regions and provide recommendations on salary ranges and range penetration.
  • Drive the operations part of the annual compensation review, ensuring system readiness with accurate information.
  • Participate in the Job Architecture exercise, evaluating jobs and ensuring accurate levelling.
  • Participate in Compensation and Benefits surveys. Provide operational support for Long Term incentives.
  • Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders. Support the Senior Analyst and Specialist in various compensation and benefits activities.


Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Background in Pharma, Computational Science and Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a relevant natural science (with an emphasis on Statistics).
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Postgraduate degree.
  • Experience working with global teams. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with patient-level analytics.
  • Ability to work with Senior Analysts and Specialists for ongoing collaboration with HQ, Regions, and affiliates.
  • Experience in co-ordinating and participating in cross-functional projects.
