As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing moderate to complex tasks related to cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, ensuring all trades are processed on respective platforms across all asset classes. You will leverage your expertise in a variety of work processes, applying advanced knowledge of policies and procedures to solve non-routine problems. Your role will involve working on escalated assignments, requiring you to apply problem-solving techniques and improve existing processes. Your ability to actively listen, manage internal stakeholders, create presentations, and initiate process improvements will be key to your success in this role.
Job responsibilities
- Account analysis – to check for Product and Transaction types
- Onboard accounts into IBOR and run validation checks and manage exceptions in partnership with IBOR product and technology teams in case of any.
- Reconcile IBOR to source systems across positions, cash and transactions, highlight/resolve exceptions to IBOR product and technology.
- Work with the team to put together the daily weekly and monthly scorecard.
- Graduate with Minimum 3 years of experience in securities Market environment
- Required to understand trade life cycle, and have reconciliations background – Good to have client onboarding experience.
- Possess leadership skills, be a strong team player and must have the capability to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams.
- Communication (Spoken – Assertiveness & Written) – Ability to communicate effectively and assist Client Service Specialists with queries/investigations.
- Actively work with the team to resolve exceptions. Document exceptions and discuss new learning’s with team.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization
- Prior Securities Operation will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies that support process improvement and operational excellence
