Trade &Transaction Reporting Manager, Director
Join us as a Trade & Transaction Reporting Manager
- You’ll be responsible for a defining, delivering, and evolving all aspects of the oversight model for our Trade & Transaction Reporting processes, ensuring compliance with the control framework and regulatory obligations
- Demonstrating strong leadership, you’ll provide subject matter expert knowledge regarding the implementation of regulatory reporting change initiatives on behalf of the business area
- You’ll enjoy significant exposure, providing ongoing engagement and communication with regulators across multiple jurisdictions and proactively working with stakeholders to ensure compliance breaches are remediated

What you'll do
As a Trade & Transaction Reporting Manager, you’ll provide oversight of the team to ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting of trade and transaction submissions across multiple asset classes. You’ll be responsible for regulatory engagement with the relevant regulators on behalf of the business area, providing quarterly updates, as well as raising errors and omissions notification forms that breach agreed risk appetite statements.
You’ll also:
- Act as Chair of the monthly governance and escalation forum (RCT), creating a strong risk culture by providing effective and robust challenge to risks outside of appetite
- Play a key role in ensuring upcoming regulatory change is evaluated and the potential impact on the operating processes is understood, communicated, and managed appropriately
- Own the prioritisation and remediation plan for the business area at Corrective Back-Reporting, working across multiple regulations in order to remain within agreed risk appetite statements
- Drive standards and collaboration to create a team that operates as a reporting centre of excellence, both in terms of performance and knowledge
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need an in-depth understanding of regulatory reporting requirements across multiple global regulators and the ability to build, develop, and engage strong relationships with stakeholders and present to regulators. You’ll also have a track record of managing the implementation of regulatory change initiatives.
In addition to this, we’re looking for an understanding of:
- Experience of working in EMIR, MIFID,DF,CSA,SFTR and other regulations for trade and transaction reporting.
- Familiarity with regulatory change implementation.
- Should be proactive and adept in review and raising issues and spearheading the fixes
- The front to back processes in order to maintain a stable and controlled regulatory reporting environment
- Risk and control frameworks, including process documentation, control documentation, and supervisory frameworks
